Far North Valley

The Far North Valley, including the Alameda area, is the northernmost valley area in Albuquerque itself. The area runs to irrigated properties, often with acreage and horse facilities. Popular with equestrians for the easy access to ditchbank riding, the irrigated pastures, and the slower-paced Valley way of life, this area is generally fairly pricey, with few properties much under $200,000, average prices approaching the half-million mark, and million dollar properties defintely a part of the picture.
