West River Valley

The West River Valley is a small enclave of irrigated valley properties, mostly on some acreage, on the west side of the Rio Grande. Like most of the Valley areas, these are often horse properties, although there area anumber of extremely elegant subdivisions of new custom homes being built in the area as well. Like most of the Valley areas, this is an expensive location, with little ever offered under $200,000, and average prices approaching the $400,000 mark, and substantially higher prices attached to the larger properties.
