Four Hills Village

Nestled in the mountain foothills just south of I-40, this executive area tends to have larger lots than in most other areas of Albuquerque. The area first began to be developed in the 1960's, and so has a number of largeer homes of vintage charm, often backing on one of the holes of the Four Hills Country Club Golf Course. Building was ongoing aafter that in the area until very recently, so homes of varying ages and style abound. It's unlikely you'll find anything offered under $200,000, and look to pay in the $750,000 range for the top-of-the-line properties here.
